The California Bluegrass Association is an all-volunteer organization. Our festivals, our campouts, our kids programs, our concerts, our web site.....everything we do is done with PEOPLE POWER. And we're very, very proud of that. More than anything else, it demonstrates the dedication and the commitment we feel for the music we love--bluegrass, old-time and gospel.
Right now we have to 'temporary' volunteer coordinators whose job it is to match volunteers up with jobs. They're temporary because we've not yet found someone(s) who are able to take this job on full time.
