It’s May 1st and here’s where we are:

We Need Help If you haven’t sign up to volunteer this year please do it today.
Volunteering helps us all. You get a free four day pass to the festival and we get to see that the
jobs are covered and things run smoothly so we can all have a fun time.
This is a win win for everyone.

Most of the booths have their crews filled but we do have a standby list that
we would be happy to put your name on.

You can e-mail or call me and let me know what position you would like
to fill if someone has had to change their plans and will not be able to
be at the festival.

At the end of this month I will be mailing out our final letter before the festival
with more information and to let you know the details about our
Volunteer Potluck Dinner that will be on Wednesday June 11 at 6:00 pm.

If you haven’t received a letter from me by June 1st and you have
volunteered please let me know.

We still need more volunteers for theSecurity Safety Team and on the Gate Crew as well
as the Stage Construction Crew and Vern’s Place
Volunteering for any of these positions for a total of twelve hours
earns you a free four day festival pass and this includes your camping.
