THE FIRST GOLDEN OLD TIME MUSIC CAMPOUT THE FIRST GOLDEN OLD TIME MUSIC CAMPOUT is scheduled for the weekend of August 21-23, 2009.It will be held at the Mendocino County Fairgrounds in Boonville, California, on Highway 128. Featuring three days of camping, jamming, workshops and a Saturday Night Square Dance.

A 3- day pass is $50. A single day ticket, ( not overnight), is $20. If you want to attend just the Saturday night square dance it is $10 from 6PM on. EARLY-BIRD tickets are $45 for a 3-day pass. The deadline for EARLY-BIRD tickets is June 30, 2009. Gates open at 8 AM Friday August 21, 2009.

Note:It is not necessary to be a member of the CBA to purchase tickets online. All on-line ticket purchasers must have a valid e-mail address. You will receive an e-ticket to print out and take to the event. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING IN THE MAIL. Children 12 years old and under are free if accompanied by a paying adult. This event is held rain or shine and all ticket sales are final.

No pets are allowed at this event.

Full RV hook-ups are available at $10 per day. However there is a short walk to the main activities.

Bathrooms and showers are available. Some food will be sold on site. There are also a few local restaurants within a short distance of the fairgrounds.

Come and join us for the Father's Day Weekend Bluegrass Festival to be held June 18th,19th,20th, and 21st, 2009 at the Nevada County Fairgrounds on McCourtney Road in Grass Valley California.

All ticket purchases are gate only at this time. Children under 16 are free when accompanied by a paying adult.

CAMPING:

Full Hookups will be done by lottery, as there are a limited number of spaces available. Please e-mail: cbahookups08@gmail.com to apply for the full hook up lottery (Deadline 1/15/2009). Full hook-up cost is $200.

Electric Only Hookups: (RESERVATION REQUIRED) Limited number of sites in the meadow/pond area. These 20'x40' sites are powered by a large generator (no water). The rate for Electric camping weekly rate covering Monday morning 06/15/09 thru Sunday morning 06/21/09 is $90.00.
If you are signed up for 'Electric Only' at the Fathers Day Festival at Grass Valley this year, make sure your RV will NOT trip a GFCI circuit. You should test your rig at home before you leave. If it trips the GFCI circuit that you are plugged in to, you should have an electrician or your dealer check the unit. The CBA will not be responsible for RVs that will not hold a GFCI circuit. Every year there are 4 or 5 rigs that have this problem. Don't know what a GFCI circuit is? Send us an e-mail and we'll get back to you.
Pre-festival in the rough (RESERVATIONS NOT REQUIRED): Pre-festival camping, other than full hookups or electric only hookups, is first come, first served. The rate is per unit, per night for Sun. thru Wed., 6/14 thru 6/17. A few of these sites have power and water.
Handicap Parking (RESERVATIONS REQUIRED): Handicapped campers who need special accommodations must make EARLY BIRD RESERVATIONS by Feb. 28th, 2009; ADVANCE RESERVATIONS by May 1st, 2009. Absolutely NO PETS allowed on the fairgrounds beginning 8 AM Monday morning 6/15/07 thru Monday morning 6/22/07. ~ ~ Festival held rain or shine. Absolutely NO REFUNDS ~ ~ NO EXCEPTIONS.
