Come and join us in our 37th Annual Fathers’ Day Weekend Bluegrass Festival at the Nevada County Fairgrounds in Grass Valley, California! Four days (June 14,15,16,17 2012) of family fun, jamming, workshops, Children’s Programs, Luthier’s Pavilion, Kids on Bluegrass, camping on site and the best in Bluegrass and Old Time Music on stage under the beautiful pine trees.

Things You Should Know



•Absolutely NO PETS allowed on the festival grounds before or during the festival.

•Camping is in the rough on the festival site beginning Sunday, June 10 through Wednesday, June 13 for a fee of $20 for RV's and $15 for tents per unit per night (lots of grass and big pine trees), on a first-come, first-served basis. Designated tent only camping
area available. Guaranteed electric only sites available - see below for fee information.

•Limited number of campsites for handicapped persons. Advance reservations required by May 1, 2012.

•Camping during the festival is included in 3 and 4 day tickets.

•Food and soft drink concessions on site, (picnic baskets and coolers permitted - no glass, please).

•Bring lawn chairs or blankets for seating. Audience area is a grassy lawn with trees.

•Festival is held rain or shine -- ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS.

Where is the Festival Site?



The Nevada County Fairgrounds is located at 11228 McCourtney Road in the town of Grass Valley, California. From
Sacramento, take Interstate 80 east to the town of Auburn. Take the Hwy. 49 - Grass Valley exit and go north about 28
miles. There are signs on the highway directing you to the fairgrounds -- about 2 miles.


Members are entitled to purchase 1 discount ticket for a single membership or 2 discount tickets for a Couple’s Membership. Deadline for Early Bird Discount tickets is February 28, 2012. No member Discounts available at the gate. Children under 16 are free when accompanied by a paying adult.

CAMPING:


Full Hookups will be done by lottery, as there are a limited number of spaces available. Please e-mail: cbahookups08@gmail.com to apply for the full hook up lottery (Deadline 1/15/2012). Full hook-up cost is $230.

Electric Only Hookups: (RESERVATION REQUIRED) Limited number of sites in the meadow/pond area. These 18'x40' sites are powered by a large generator (no water). The rate for Electric camping weekly rate covering Monday morning 06/11/12 thru Sunday morning 06/17/12 is $110.00.

If you are signed up for 'Electric Only' at the Fathers Day Festival at Grass Valley this year, make sure your RV will NOT trip a GFCI circuit. You should test your rig at home before you leave. If it trips the GFCI circuit that you are plugged in to, you should have an electrician or your dealer check the unit. The CBA will not be responsible for RVs that will not hold a GFCI circuit. Every year there are 4 or 5 rigs that have this problem. Don't know what a GFCI circuit is? Send us an e-mail and we'll get back to you.

Pre-festival in the rough (RESERVATIONS NOT REQUIRED): Pre-festival camping, other than full hookups or electric only hookups, is first come, first served. The rate is per unit, per night for Sun. thru Wed., 6/11 thru 6/13. A few of these sites have power and water.

Handicap Parking (RESERVATIONS REQUIRED): Handicapped campers who need special accommodations must make EARLY BIRD RESERVATIONS by Feb. 28th, 2012; ADVANCE RESERVATIONS by May 1st, 2012.
