"Bluegrass Signal" on WAMU's Bluegrass Country
Webcast via http://www.bluegrasscountry.org; Pacific Time zone broadcasts: Sundays at 8 am and Mondays at 8 pm.

Oct. 18-24: Fall Membership Campaign Special
The song titles tell part of the story: You're Not A Drop In the Bucket, Hard Pressed (But We Can Find A Way), I'm Waiting To Hear You Call Me, Don't Let Your Deal Go Down ... It's the Fall Membership Campaign Special, with music from both of the CDs offered as thank-you gifts (The Earls Of Lesicester, Hot Rize's "When I'm Free"), plus some vintage Hot Rize and Flatt & Scruggs. Thanks in advance for your support!

Oct. 25-31: It's Bluegrass Time!
A few songs celebrating music from the true vine, as a reminder of the inspiration for the annual SF fester which now has hardly any bluegrass. Guarantee: all songs (but one) have "bluegrass" in the title. And there's one repeated song - from 1961 and 2014 recordings.

Nov. 1-7: Dobro Heaven
Originally broadcast on Josh Graves' birthday, a few of Josh's contributions to Flatt & Scruggs, plus two new dobro-centric releases: "Three Bells" with the late Mike Auldridge, Rob Ickes, and Jerry Douglas, and "The Earls Of Leiscester," Jerry's tribute to Josh & Flatt & Scruggs.

Nov. 8-14: Blue Diamond Strings
A gazillion years of musical experience provides the foundation for a new SF Bay Area band comprised of Eric Thompson, Jody Stecher, Kate Brislin, Paul Knight, Paul Shelasky, and Suzy Thompson. Music from some of their previous collaborations in bands like the Blue Flame Stringband, Any Old Time Stringband, Kleptograss, the Bluegrass Intentions, and, yes, others.
