I need a music player code for a website |

The one I have been using has started freaking out. I need the code to make an mp3 player that I can add the URL of the song/track, copy the code and paste it into my website building program in the appropriate place, and have it appear on the website when I upload it. Doesn't have to be fancy...just functional.
Can anyone help me out here?
