Fiddlers' Association Sunday

DECEMBER 2 HOLIDAY POTLUCK DINNER and JAM

Celebrate the holidays this Sunday at SCVFA's annual holiday potluck
dinner and jam on Dec. 2, 2012 from 1 to 5 PM. Share food and music
and good cheer with the Santa Clara Valley Fiddlers Association at the
Hoover Middle School, 1635 Park Ave, San Jose, CA. Details are at our
www.fiddlers.org website. The jam starts at 1:00 PM. Potluck dinner
starts at 3:00 PM.

A $5 DOOR ADMISSION FOR EVERYONE

A door admission is needed to help with our rent ($380 each month).
For this year, the trustees approved a $5 door admission for everyone!
Bring family and friends. We hope non-members join for a reduced
admission at future jams and have the Fiddler's Rag sent to them. (Our
usual door admission is $6 members and $8 non-members.)

ALL YOU CAN EAT

Bring food to share for four times the number of people coming (8x for
a couple). If you cannot bring food, come anyway and pay $5 for all
you can eat. We will provide the turkey and ham, sparkling cider or
apple juice, and eating utensils. We need more side dishes than
desserts. ** Be sure to put your name on the bottom of your serving
dishes and utensils.

CANNOT USE FACILITIES TO HEAT OR COOK

We are not permitted to use the Hoover School’s cafeteria facilities
for warming or preparing food.

TABLE DECORATIONS DOOR PRIZES

The table decorations will be given away as our door prize gifts.

BEGINNERS CIRCLE (SLOW JAM)

Since we only have 2 hours (1 to 3 PM) before we start our holiday
dinner, our usual Beginners Circle or slow jam will not be organized
in advance.

AMAZON HOLIDAY SHOPPERS
